How do you decide what to offer?
I look at recent sales of similar properties, the location and condition, and how quickly you'd like to sell. I'll explain my offer and the timescale I can work to, whether you need to move quickly or would prefer more time.
Are you an estate agent?
I'm a property buyer. I look at your property with a view to buying it myself. I don't list it for sale or act as your estate agent. We'll talk directly about whether we can agree a purchase.
How quickly can you make an offer?
After we’ve spoken, I can review any photos, floor plans or videos you have and, where possible, make an initial offer subject to viewing. I’ll explain the next steps and work with you on a timescale that suits your situation.
Does the property need to be ready for sale?
You don't need to clear, repair, decorate or refurbish it before we talk. Tell me about its current condition so I can assess it as it stands
Do you buy residential and commercial property?
Yes, both. I buy homes, rental properties, blocks of flats and commercial buildings. Homeowners, landlords and commercial property owners are all welcome to enquire.
